Senior Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, AultPlan of the Aultman Health Foundation

Kevin currently holds responsibility for oversight of the Aultman Medical Primary Care Group, the Integrated Health Collaborative and Physician Services. He is also responsible for system wide pharmacy services that include the health care delivery and health plan services.

Along with these duties, he is involved in the overall strategic planning of the organization through the activities within AultPlan and the management of our employee health benefit program.

Prior to his role in AultPlan, Kevin spent 8 years with the responsibility for developing and implementing strategies for the Aultman Health Foundation as their Chief Strategy Officer (CSO). Typically, these strategies involve acquisitions, sales, innovative initiatives or new business opportunities. To be successful this requires collaboration across multiple stakeholders within the Aultman Health Foundation, local and statewide communities.

Prior to his CSO role, Kevin served as AultCare’s senior vice president of medical and information systems for ten years. In this role, he had oversight of the clinical, quality, information technology and provider relations areas.

Kevin has more than 24 years of experience in the retail pharmacy industry, which includes starting new pharmacies, home infusion business, and managing high-volume retail pharmacies.

A graduate of Perry High School, Kevin is also a magna cum laude graduate of The Ohio State College of Pharmacy Program. He received the President’s Excellence Award for scholastic achievements while attending The Ohio State University. Kevin is married to Diane and they have two daughters, Danielle and Isabella.
